  •  By Car 


    From Freeway
    National Freeway No. 1→ Exit at Yongkang Interchange (Head towards Tainan) → Zhongzheng N. Rd.→ Yongan Rd. (Changhe Rd. after Yongan Bridge) → Changhe Rd.→ Cross over the Donghe Bridge→ National Museum of Taiwan History (around 15 minutes)
    Tainan Railway Station→ Head west on Chenggong Rd
    Ximen Rd.→ Turn right onto Zhongzheng S. Rd.→ Zhongzheng N. Rd.→ Yongan Rd.→ Donghe Bridge → National Museum of Taiwan History (30 minutes)
    Tainan Railway Station→ Head west on Chenggong Rd
    Gongyuan Rd.→ Pass by Tainan Park→ Anhe Rd. (County Highway 19) → Turn right onto Changhe Rd. → Renai Bridge → National Museum of Taiwan History (40 minutes)


  •  Public Transportation 


    【Bus】

    1.No.20 Bus travels via TS Dream Mall, Kun Shan University, Yongda Rd., Yongkang TRA Train Station, Tainan University of Technology, and Yanhang.

    2.No.18 Bus travels via Ximen Rd., Chenggong Rd., Tainan TRA Train Station, Beimen Rd., Gongyuan Rd., Hewei Rd., Changrong Rd., Anhe Rd., and Changhe Rd.

     


  •  Highway Bus 


    1.Highway Bus (Yongkang Yanhang Station) 🡪 Taxi 🡪 National Museum of Taiwan History (about 8 minutes) ★

    2.Highway Bus (Yongkang Yanhang Station) 🡪 No.20 Bus 🡪 National Museum of Taiwan History (about 10 minutes)

    Timings do not include waiting and transfer time. ★ stands for preferred transportation route.


  •  Bicycle Parking Space in the Park  


    1.YouBike (Tainan Public Rental Bike) station is located at the intersection of Sec 1., Changhe Rd. and Guanqian 1st Rd. (behind the bus stop).

    2.YouBike racks are located at Gate 5 of the Exhibition & Education Building (near the Ticketing Center).

Opening Time：Exhibition & Education Building: Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:00 (last admission at 16:30) Museum Park:05:00-22:00 (including restroom opening hours)

The Exhibition & Education Building is closed on Monday (except national holidays; then it is open but closed the following day)
