If you have lost personal belongings in the museum, please contact the Information Counter at the Exhibition & Education Building.
What to do if you lost an item
1. Contact the Information Counter.
2. Describe your lost item.
3. Staff will assist you in checking the lost and found records. Lost item announcements are available mainly in Chinese. Please contact the Information Counter if you need assistance.
